Description

Base Trade is an AI trading agent that runs on a leash. The model reads the market and proposes a trade. A separate policy engine checks it against limits set in advance, which assets, how much, max loss, max slippage, how much of the account can sit in one position. If the proposal breaks a rule it gets blocked, and the reason gets logged. The model doesn't get a vote and it never touches a signing key. Inference is paid per request over x402. No API key, no subscription. The agent sends a request, gets back HTTP 402, pays from a wallet, gets its answer. The model is 0x Alpha, a stealth listing on OpenRouter with a million token context and no published name. It was benchmarked against 18 other free models and was the only one that returned a valid proposal every time.
