difflawb is the semantic layer for git diff — AI-native infrastructure that turns every code change into a signed, permanent knowledge artifact. Inspired by Andrej Karpathy's gcm script (co-founder of OpenAI), which proved that a git diff contains human intent an LLM can read. difflawb builds a protocol around that insight. Every diff you push: → annotated by AI (intent, risk, module) → signed with your DID keypair → pinned to IPFS via gitlawb nodes → queryable by any agent, forever Built as a companion protocol to gitlawb.
