Our mission is simple, make it possible for anyone, anywhere, to own and trade tokenized stocks directly on-chain, without brokers, custodians, or gatekeepers. The core team has spent years building decentralized systems — from Gitcoin’s Grants Protocol (which distributed millions in funding) to open-source infrastructure like Reclaim Protocol & Kakarot ZkEVM We believe that ownership of real world assets should be censorship-resistant, transparent, and accessible to everyone, not just those within the traditional financial system.
